Your lactation coach will provide one-on-one support and guidance to help you overcome breastfeeding challenges. In addition, we offer in-person and virtual consultations to fit your needs. In-person lactation visits are limited to Southeastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey. However, virtual consults are open to everyone, no matter where you live. We have supported families in Japan, the United Kingdom, Central America, and Canada. We would love to help you. 

Pregnancy presents an excellent opportunity to become acquainted with breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle feeding. Our consultation encompasses an exploration of human lactation, guidance on selecting and efficiently using a breast pump, and strategies for dual feeding. Your lactation coach will equip you with a comprehensive feeding plan with instructional videos and a prenatal booklet to spark your curiosity and prepare for this journey.

New to pumping and not achieving the results you anticipated? Your lactation coach will offer a personalized flange fitting and pumping consultation to optimize your success.

Bottle refusal can be worrying, and you deserve comprehensive support to ensure your baby can bottle-feed successfully. Your lactation coach will evaluate the situation and devise a tailored care plan to help your baby accept the bottle. Rest assured, you can personally offer the bottle, and there’s no need for you to leave the room.
